4.1 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (pet food/treats), custom products (personalized collars), and personal care goods (pet grooming tools).
4.3 Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@dongbook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4.4 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
